Service Description
The Grief & Loss Support Session offers a safe, compassionate space for individuals navigating the many forms of grief and loss. This may include the loss of a loved one, anticipatory grief, relationship changes, identity shifts, life transitions, or any experience that carries emotional weight and absence. Grief is not something to be rushed, fixed, or moved through on a timeline. This session is designed to meet you where you are, offering gentle support, emotional presence, and grounding during a deeply vulnerable time. Sessions may include supportive dialogue, grounding and nervous system regulation practices, gentle breathwork, and intuitive energetic support, all guided with care and consent. You are never expected to share more than feels comfortable. The focus is on holding space, supporting emotional expression, and helping you feel less alone in your experience. This service honors grief as a natural and deeply human response to loss—one that deserves patience, dignity, and compassionate care. This session may support: - Grieving the loss of a loved one (human or animal) - Anticipatory grief or complicated grief - Loss related to relationships, health, identity, or life changes - Emotional heaviness, numbness, or overwhelm - Seeking gentle support without pressure to “move on” Clients often report feeling held, understood, and more grounded after a session, with a greater sense of emotional steadiness and self-compassion. This service is an integrative wellness offering and is not a substitute for grief counseling, psychotherapy, or medical care. Referrals to licensed professionals may be recommended when appropriate.
